Cakes

The application "Cakes" comprises in general a range of products containing the same basic ingredients: eggs, sugar, fat, and flour. Typical examples are sponge cakes, pound cakes, muffins, and Swiss rolls. Production parameters for each of these products differ, and as a result each industrial bakery has its own combination of ingredients in the specific recipe.
