Moulded products

Moulding of confectionery in starch can be used for different types such as jellies, pastilles, chocolates, and fondants.

 

The production is carried out in a mogul line where the printed image/shape is made in starch filled trays. The starch is used for transporting water away from the product over a period of time (½ day to 3 days).

 

Moulded products can be made sugar free and sugar reduced using of polyols and fibres.
