Fish
Fish differs from meat in a number of ways. Fish is hunted, and fluctuations in supply are unpredictable. In addition, there is a wide individual variation superimposed on seasonal and biological variations and last but not least, a wide range of species. Fish has a high nutritional profile and is eaten raw, cooked, as whole fish or utilized in further processed products.
