Alsiano offers a complete range of ingredients for fruit preparations with the actual fruit as the only exception.

Our experience in this field is extensive, and we can assist our customers by:

• Giving seminars to the customer's R&D and purchasing departments e.g. on the possibilities of substituting sugar and on the use of modified starches.
• Suggesting formulation of or adjustments to recipes.
• Helping with trials in the customer's laboratory or production.

In addition, the pilot plants of our suppliers are at the customer's disposal for trials, and the techniciens of our suppliers can help designing tank storage facilities for glucose.
